Service Description. This Site describes Brow Lamination, Brow Waxing, Eyebrow Tinting, Eyelash Courses, Eyelash Extensions, Eyelash Tinting, Facial Waxing, Hydrafacials provided by Dee & Co. Beauty Specialists. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Dee & Co. Beauty Specialists and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Dee & Co. Beauty Specialists may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Warranty Disclaimer. Dee & Co. Beauty Specialists makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Damages. Dee & Co. Beauty Specialists is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
